The Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation (APSF) and The Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER) offer the joint APSF/FAER Mentored Research Training Grant (MRTG) to develop the next generation of perioperative patient safety scientists.
This two-year, $300,000 award aims to help anesthesiologists develop the skills and preliminary data they need to become independent investigators in the field of anesthesia patient safety.
This year, those interested in pursuing the APSF/FAER MRTG will need to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) prior to submitting a full application. While the specifics of this LOI are not yet available, you will find the documentation for the LOI here once they become available.
The LOI submission window will open on December 1, 2019, and will close on January 1, 2020.
